You are using the HiringNowUSA.com applicant assessment and tracking system.

The system is designed to improve human resource decision-making regarding the selection and placement of personnel. It is intended only for this purpose.

You are solely responsible for the information you provide through our system.

HiringNowUSA.com will store the information you place on our system as well as the information provided by applicants, which will be available to you for future searches and reviews. HiringNowUSA.com does, however, reserve the right to limit the time this data will be retained. Should a time limit be imposed, notification will be sent to the administrator’s email address on record.

Unless compelled to do so by subpoena or other legal action, HiringNowUSA.com will not share your information with any third party. Information provided by an applicant through HiringNowUSA.com belongs to the applicant. You agree not to share this information with any third parties without the expressed permission from the applicant.

HiringNowUSA.com assumes no responsibility regarding information provided by applicants. The selection tools provided by HiringNowUSA.com provide valuable information regarding individual differences between applicants. This information can assist you in making better informed hiring decisions. However, this information is not the only basis on which such decisions are made. Human nature is complex. You understand that HiringNowUSA.com does not make recommendations. We take no responsibility for your hiring decisions.

HiringNowUSA.com acknowledges there is a potential for some “practice effect” should an applicant apply for multiple positions in any 90-day period. Should this happen applicants will be given the choice of reporting the scores already earned for any particular test or inventory, OR not reporting any scores at all for tests and inventories already taken within the past 90 days.

HiringNowUSA.com reserves the right to unilaterally terminate your service, without refund, should our system be used for:

1. Any illegal purpose,

2. Any purpose other than employee selection,

3. If termination of service is required by a court order or by the proper order of a Government agency with authority over services such as ours, and of course,

4. Failure to pay in a timely manner.

We promise to maintain confidentiality for both clients and applicants. If changes are necessary in other areas we will post a notice on our website and send notifications to the email address we have on record for your organization. If you do not agree with the change(s) of policy you may terminate your service and receive a refund for any unused position credits.
